Terms of service

These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and PlayingAFK ("we", "us"), governed by the laws of Israel. Using the software or the site means you accept them.

1. What you are buying

A subscription licence to run PlayingAFK on your own computers, up to the number of devices and game accounts your plan states. The licence is personal: do not resell it, share your key, or run it as a service for other people.

2. What the software does

PlayingAFK automates the mobile game Last Z: Survival Shooter by reading the screen of an Android emulator you provide and sending taps to it. You supply the game, the emulator and the game account. We supply the software and the game pack that tells it what to do.

3. Game terms of service, and bans

Automating Last Z breaks the game publisher's terms of service. Your game account may be suspended or permanently banned as a result, and lost progress, lost purchases and lost accounts are your risk alone. We are not affiliated with the publisher and cannot appeal on your behalf. You confirm you understand this when you create an account, and that acknowledgement is recorded. Read the full disclosure.

4. Acceptable use

• One licence, your own accounts. No reselling, sharing keys, or running it for others.
• Do not attempt to circumvent licensing, decompile the client, or extract the pack.
• Do not use it for anything unlawful where you live.

We may suspend a licence that breaches this section, or that is the subject of a chargeback.

5. Payment

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, monthly or annually as chosen. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect. If a payment fails we retry it for several days, during which your licence keeps working; after that it lapses. Cancel any time from your account — you keep what you have paid for until the period ends.

6. Refunds

7. Availability

We aim to keep the licensing and pack servers available, but we do not promise an uptime figure. The app is built to keep running through a server outage using its cached licence for a grace period, precisely so our downtime is not your downtime.

8. Affiliates

Affiliates earn 50% of a referred customer's first payment, once, held until the refund window closes and reversed on refund or chargeback. Self-referral earns nothing. Misrepresenting the product — including claiming it is undetectable or that accounts are safe — ends participation and forfeits unpaid commission.

9. Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and termination

We may change these terms; material changes will be announced by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the software means accepting them. You may stop at any time. We may terminate a licence for a breach of section 4, with a pro-rata refund unless the breach was fraud or a chargeback.
