Support
Most problems are one of about six things. Start here; if none of it fits, open a ticket from your account and the answer will have your licence and device list already attached.
Getting started
What do I need?
Windows 10 or 11, or macOS 14 and later on Apple Silicon. An Android emulator — LDPlayer, MuMu Player, MEmu or BlueStacks — with Last Z installed and logged in. Around 8 GB of memory for one emulator, and more for each additional one.
Where do I put my licence key?
The app asks for it on first run. You can see it again any time from your account, and if it was minted before the portal existed you will be offered a rotation instead.
When something is wrong
"This device isn't one of your activated devices"
Your plan's devices are all in use by other machines. Your account lists them with when each was last seen, and you can release one — two releases a month. A machine that has not reported for thirty days frees its own seat automatically.
"Your device's seat was released"
Someone released this machine from the account within the last half hour. That cool-off exists so the machine you actually want on the licence has time to claim the seat — if you released this one by accident, it can reactivate once the window passes.
Accounts will not start
Check the licence panel in the app's dashboard. Expired means the subscription lapsed; past due means a payment is being retried and your accounts keep running meanwhile. If it says the server was unreachable, the app runs from its cached token for a grace window, so a brief outage on our side never stops your bot.
A task stopped doing anything
Almost always a game update moved something. Open the account in the dashboard and read the run log — it records every step and where the chain stopped. Send us that task name and the timestamp and we can usually tell you within a day whether the pack needs re-cutting.
Windows or macOS blocked the download
The app is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen and Gatekeeper will both warn on first run. The SHA-256 of every build is printed next to its download — check it against the file you received. We would rather tell you that than pretend the warning is a glitch.
Still stuck
Open a ticket from your account and your licence, plan and device list come attached, so nobody has to ask you for your key. There is also a Discord for the things other players answer faster than we do.
